From Frustration to Innovation

PropBrain was founded in San Francisco by a team who had spent years working across institutional real estate, data science, and enterprise software. The common thread was a frustration: despite the explosion of data in the real estate industry, most investors were still making multi-million dollar decisions based on gut instinct and incomplete analysis.

Our founders built PropBrain to solve the problem they lived — creating an AI platform that could process the complexity of real estate markets at machine speed and surface insights that would otherwise take analysts weeks to produce.

In February 2025, we raised a $3.5M Seed Round led by Milestone AI Ventures. That capital is accelerating our product development, expanding our data partnerships, and growing the team that will bring PropBrain's intelligence to investors across the country.
