Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page is for California residents who wish to exercise their right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information by PropBrain, Inc.

Your Right to Opt Out

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to direct a business that "sells" or "shares" their personal information to stop doing so. California law defines "sale" broadly to include disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" under CPRA refers to disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money changes hands.

PropBrain may use certain third-party analytics and advertising technologies — such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn advertising tools — that involve sharing identifiers and browsing behavior data with those third parties in ways that may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. These technologies are described in detail in our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or other companies for their independent use. Any sharing that may constitute a "sale" under California law is limited to the advertising and analytics services described in our Cookie Policy.

How to Submit Your Opt-Out Request

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in the following ways:

Option 1: Submit a Request by Email

Send an email to privacy@propbrainai.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request." Please include:

• Your full name
• Your email address (the one associated with your PropBrain account, if applicable)
• A statement that you are a California resident and wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

We will process your request within 15 business days of receipt and will confirm completion by email.

Option 2: Submit a Request by Mail

You may also submit a written opt-out request by mail:

Option 3: Opt Out via Browser/Cookie Controls

You can also stop the sharing of your data with third-party advertising and analytics services immediately by:

• Declining non-essential cookies using the cookie consent banner on our website.
• Managing your cookie preferences in your browser settings.
• Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Opting out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once we process your opt-out request:

• We will stop sharing your personal information with third-party advertising partners for targeted advertising purposes.
• We will disable or limit third-party tracking technologies associated with your device to the extent technically feasible.
• Your opt-out preference will be honored for at least 12 months before we may ask you to reauthorize sharing.
• You will continue to receive non-targeted (contextual) advertising on our website, which does not involve the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Please note that opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information does not affect our ability to:

• Process personal information that is necessary to provide the services you have contracted for.
• Use cookies that are strictly necessary for our website to function.
• Retain your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and security.
• Share your information with service providers who process data on our behalf under a written contract that prohibits independent use of the data.

Additional California Privacy Rights

In addition to the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, California residents also have the following rights under the CCPA:

• Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, our business purpose for collecting or selling it, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared it.
• Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes specifically authorized by California law.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you a lower quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

Authorized Agents

A California resident may use an authorized agent to submit opt-out requests on their behalf. To use an authorized agent, you must provide the agent with written permission to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your identity directly. You may authorize an agent by providing a signed written authorization to your agent and having the agent submit the request with proof of your authorization.

Verifying Your Request

We take steps to verify opt-out requests to ensure that requests are submitted by the California resident whose information is at issue or by that person's authorized agent. For email requests, we will verify your identity by confirming that the email address you provide matches our records. For requests from individuals who do not have an account with us, we may take other reasonable verification steps based on the information you provide.
